Magento 2 Product Questions and Answers Extension

Product Questions & Answers Extension for Magento2 adds the possibility for visitors, customers and admin to ask questions or give answers about any product.

Magento2 Product Questions and Answers Extension Feature List:

- Allow Customer and / or Guest to ask question from product page. - Allow Customers and / or Guests to add answer from product page.
- Customer can rate helpfulness of questions or answer.
- Create questions from the backend.
- Defined question visibility (Private or Public).
- Configure inquiry form to be opened in a sliding manner.
- Search within product's question.
- Ability to sort questions by newest question or oldest question.
- Approve answer automatically.
- Approve question automatically.
- Admin can approve or pending a questions and answers or automatic approval.

How to Install

- Disable Magento Cache run command "php bin/magento cache:disable" using SSH from your magento root directory
- Copy Extension files to your magento root directory /app/code
- Then run commands "php bin/magento setup:upgrade" using SSH from your magento root directory
- Enable Magento Cache run command "php bin/magento cache:enable" using SSH from your magento root directory

How to Use

- After installation you can adjust settings for extension from Stores >> Settings >> Configuration MageArray Extensions >> Product Q & A.
- You can adjust settings for approval , email and other possibilities.
- You can use below variables in custom Questions email template.

2. Author Email {{var data.email}}
