Refund Policy

1. General

The following terminology applies to this Refund Policy: Customer, You and Your refers to you, the person accepting Refund Policy. Company, Ourselves, We and Us, refers to Product refers to any Magento extension developer by Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This refund policy applies only to Products by Any MageArray services including, but not limited to, Professional Installation, Development Support and Custom Development are non-refundable, except for instances covered by usage policies applicable to said services.

2. Requesting a Refund

Customer may ask for a refund on any Product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Customer is obliged to uninstall the Product before requesting the refund and terminate all its copies and derivatives within the 5 calendar days starting from the day of initiation of the money refund process. considers its Product refunded when the money has been withdrawn from its account. If no notification of non-acceptance has been received from client within 10 bank days, The Product is treated as refunded.

3. Reasons for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in all following instances :

3.1. Refund is requested after the expiration of the 30-day period since Product purchase.

3.2. Customer does not comply with the requirement to uninstall the Product before requesting a refund and terminate all its copies and derivatives within 5 calendar days starting from the date of the initiation of the refund process.

3.3. When we have reasons to believe that the extension was purchased with the sole purpose to copy and reproduce its code without our explicit written consent.

3.4. If customer can't provide sufficient proofs that product is not as per demo, or not working with their setup, or even not possible to fix by our support team.

3.5. If customer ask for non refundable items like Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services.

3.6. Purchasing products prior to sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for a refund.

3.7. Refund claimed directly to PayPal dispute is not refundable. all refund process should be processed via our support page.

3.8. Third party conflicts are not entitled for a refund. However, It will be entertained with paid support.

4. Disclaimer of Responsibility is not liable to the Customer or any third party for any damage including, but not limited to, loss of business information or business profits due to refunded Products by
